Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A tax invoice is issued for every order.
We try to keep prices and availability accurate, but pricing and stock can change. If a pricing or stock error affects your order after you have placed it, we will contact you and give you the choice of proceeding at the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.
Placing an order
You need an account to place an order. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we accept your order and confirm it. We may decline an order — for example where we cannot deliver to your address, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud.
Payment
We accept credit and debit card, and bank transfer.
Orders paid by bank transfer are not dispatched until funds clear in our account. Your order number is the payment reference; quoting it is what lets us match your payment to your order.
Delivery, installation and access
Delivery options, charges and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You are responsible for telling us about access constraints before delivery — stairs, narrow doorways, lifts, strata permits or parking restrictions. Where a delivery cannot be completed because access was not as described, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Installation is performed by licensed trades where the appliance requires it. Installation covers connecting the appliance to existing, compliant services. It does not cover new plumbing, new electrical circuits, cabinetry modification or making good.
Title and risk
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you when we have received payment in full.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Manufacturer warranties are in addition to them.
Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, and other than the guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.
Accounts
Keep your account password confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
